The staff at the Rahwali branch are extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. The shoes are of outstanding quality, and I was so satisfied that I purchased four pairs. Your team genuinely represents your brand in the best possible way.
However, there is one important matter I feel strongly about and would like to highlight with sincerity and respect — the condition of your night security guard.
Your store is located next to KFC, and during my recent visit at night, I noticed the security guard on duty outside. I fully understand that, due to the current security situation in Pakistan, especially in cities like Gujranwala, having a guard is necessary and responsible. However, the weather these days is extremely cold, and seeing the guard standing outside without a proper heating arrangement or a small guard room was genuinely concerning.
This guard is protecting your store, your staff, and your customers during late hours, yet he is exposed to harsh weather conditions that could easily affect his health. A person cannot perform his duties properly if he is freezing, uncomfortable, or at risk of getting sick. Something as simple as a small heated guard room, a proper shelter, or a basic heating system would make a huge difference in his well-being.
You are a big and respected name in the shoe market, known not only for quality products but also for professionalism. Taking care of the people who work for your safety — especially those standing outside in the cold — would reflect very positively on your brand’s values and humanity.
